The Establishment is formerly the #1 raiding guild on Dunemaul from
the vanilla WoW days. We currently are a more casual guild that
raids only 4 days a week and on average 3 hours a night. We run
multiple 10 mans over the weekends to include TOGC and Ulduar.
We are a mature guild that is looking for like minded and mature individuals to fill a few slots. With school starting up a little bit ago we have had some needs within our raid roster open up.
We use a Zero Sum DKP system to with Mutil DKP Pools per tier of instance. We run a modified loot council on things such as tanking gear when new zones are released to allow our MT's to gear up as humanly fast as possible to help further progression.
So if you are looking for a mature guild that takes its raiding seriously but also don't want the wife and kids to divorce you in the process then we are the guild for you.
What we want from you is someone who knows their class, is gemmed and enchanted properly for their spec, and fits in well with the guild personality wise. If you just show up for raids and want to cry about this and that all the time and rarely socialize then we are not the guild for you.
