Ephemera has a strong history of semi-casual raiding, created on day one. Founded on November 24, 2004 Ephemera has a very strong community of gamers who are friends from college, family, etc. It has reached Twin Emperors in Classic, we were 4 bosses deep in Black Temple when 3.0 hit (and subsequently cleared BT that week), and we were 9/12 heroic Icecrown 25 in July 2010. Ask any long-standing Durotanian and they will tell you there is more to Ephemera than just raiding. We are raiding 10 man content in Cataclysm.
