“No Apologies” Guild

Thank you for your interest in No Apologies we are opening recruitment for some select professional players. Our current needs as of now are:

Tanks:
Deathknight
Warrior

Healers:
Open

Ranged Dps:

Our raid days:
Wed (9pm Server time - 1am)
Thur (9pm Server time - 1am)
Sunday (9pm Server time - 1am)

As a member of NA, you are expected to show for at least 2/3rds of raids per week. And not get saved to any other runs, doing so could lead up to and including removal from the guild.

As we do like to keep the guild enviroment light and fun, we also expect our members to act wih respect towards thier peers.

Drama and the like have no place here, and will be dealt with immediatlly.

If you are a member of No Apologies you will do you research on your class / spec, as well as studying up on current raid strats so that you have a good idea what you are getting into and can perform well, we will notice if you havent been doing what is asked of you by your performance in raids. So handle your business.

If we do so happen to hit a wall on progression the RL will ask for suggestions and comments on how to improve, even though we are stern on how we raid, this is after all a team based game and it takes the effort of all raiders working to gether and paying attention to make a raid night run smoothly.

We run a free roll loot system, whereas 1 epic per person per raid, unless noone else needs that said piece of gear.

Newly joined applicants will be on a 5 raid trial where they will not eligible for any loot unless noone in raid needs it for Main Set or Off Set first. The GM and RL will make thier assesment of your performance within 5 raids as well as how you mesh with NA's current members and you will either be accepted into the guild as a member or asked to move along.

We all have a different way of doing things, but at the same time in doing differently, we expect performance, if performance is lacking then it will
be asked of the player to improve or they will be sat until they do.

The guild bank is what people make of it, so essentially if you make member status and start to abuse the bank priviliges, all rights will be revoked for all members except the GM. So if one person messes it up for the rest of us, you will have many angry members on your neck about it.

As a thank you to all our raiders and thier hardwork they put in, we offer certian perks to members for a progression boss kill.
