A little about <Raw Talent>:
The officers and guild master are all people who have known each other and raided with each other for a few years. They have been together through a few guild transitions, and even server transfers. We all play well together and generally take the 'higher responsibility' mechanics into our own hands, smoothing our raid experience. We are a relatively strict guild but we like to have a good time too.
Loot is given out on a loot council basis. Two officers and the guild leader participate in loot council, and they take pride in being fair with loot council. Loot is divvied out based on attendance, performance, attitude and how much loot you have received or not received. So really, if you feel you're not getting much loot, you may want to step up your game.
