“Vice” Guild

<Vice> is a semi-hardcore Horde raiding guild on the Executus server (12th ranked US server).
About us:
We formed slightly before the release of Cataclysm but did not start raiding until Mid-February. Once we finally settled into a main raiding group we cleared 8/13H in tier 11 and 7/8H tier 12. Our goal is to be at the top of progression in tier 13 while still raiding 3 days a week with a friendly and close knit environment.

We are currently looking for raiders to fill spots in our core raid group for Heroic Dragon Soul. We have a solid 9 people on our roster but are looking to boost that number to 11 or 12.

We want to have a mix of classes that will help us diversify our raids to help us down content more efficiently, while also being fair and balanced with rotating members into raids, no one wants to be benched in a 10 man, and we understand this.

Our current raid times are MON/TUES/THUS from 11:00PM-3:00AM EST (server time).


If your class is not listed in the list above this thread but you are still interested in our guild we always look at exceptional applications of any class.

What we expect from you:

All applicants must have Dragon Soul experience 8/8 Normal killed, any heroic experience is a plus
Your gear should be at least 385 item level, (we don't have time to wait on you to gear up)
We expect you to talk on vent! You do not have to be a chatter box, but using your mic during raids for fight mechanics that require coordination is required.

The most important thing we look for in an applicant is ability to learn, adapt to, and execute strategies and encounter mechanics used during raids. This includes understanding the class you play wholly and playing it at the maximum level.

We do not do written applications, prospective recruits will be given an interview on Ventrilo with one or more officers. (You may choose to answer these questions in party chat form instead of vent.)
