Looking for 2-3 more players to fine tune our core Mythic progression group.
Our Heroic progression and current Heroic group consists of about 22 players. However we need to fine tune our comp and individuals for Mythic.
Current Recruitment needs:
High: Ranged DPS. Spriest/Mage/Lock/ Boomkin/ Hunter/ Ele
Moderate-High: Ret
High: Rsham
Considering all Roles/Classes and players for backups and 2nd, alt, Heroic and Reg groups
Loot:
Loot Council. Based on itemization, upgrade, performance, attendance,
prog needs.
Strong experienced core group.
Good raiding atmosphere.
Good group of guildies in general.
Our first 3 Mythic EN kills only took 1 raid night per boss and that is with our current group which has a few weaker links that we are hoping to replace with YOU!!! lol

This is the cleanest and most reliable way to make initial contact/ communicate. I have my phone on me at all times, I can almost guarantee a reply within a couple min. (Btag gets cluttered and confusing with an influx of new requests, we are not always online, we are not always on our mains, not always paying attention to chat, etc.)
