<Cerberus> is a raiding guild on Firetree-US looking
to recruit members for its core raiding guild.
Why should I join?
If semi-hardcore raiding for 3 days a week is your thing, look no further. We are reforming the core group, and are looking to pick up some new pieces. With the addition of new blood, we are going to get back on track and hopefully get some decent progress done before the next tier, and with your help, we could get right back on track.
REQUIREMENTS
-You must be at least 17 years of age
-You must have a working microphone and install Teamspeak 3
-You must install Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) and keep that addon up to date
-There will be a trial period in which we will evaluate you not only as a raider, but how you fit into the group dynamic. More info about the trial process below.
-You must at least be of the item level 635
-You must run instances during the week and continue to improve your gear outside of raid nights if you wish to keep a spot.

RAID SCHEDULE
Tuesday 8 PM - 11 PM EST
Wednesday 8 PM - 11 PM EST
Thursday 8 PM - 11 PM EST
TRIAL PERIOD
The trial period will last for 6 raids or 2 weeks, whichever comes first.
What we are looking for is basic raid awareness and understanding of your class and the fights. You don't have to be a god at the game to earn a spot, but steady improvement is key.
If you do not mesh well with the group dynamic in terms of personality, then there is a good chance you will not earn a spot either. We are trying to have a group that gets stuff done yes, but ultimately a group that enjoys each other's company. Joke around! Have some fun! But don't cause a wipe or waste anyone's time.
LOOT RULES
Loot is distributed via a loot council system. The high ranking members of the guild will confer and determine who needs the piece of gear the most. If it is determined that the piece will help multiple people just about equally, then a roll will be started.
LOGS
If you have public logs at warcraftlogs.com, it would greatly increase your chances of being recruited. Data is important for us to see, and while meters during your trial period will be enough, showing us past information does greatly help in showing your ability to adapt to different fights.
PAST EXPERIENCE
If you have ANY prior raid experience, let us know! We want to know about it! If you downed a boss on heroic when it was progression, we would like to know and any past experience will help you earn a spot.
