“Raging Hard Richards” Guild

<Raging Hard Richards> is a semi-hardcore raiding guild established in MoP on Firetree U.S. Many of our members have been raiding together for years and most of us have been playing since vanilla. Most of us are on a first name basis and spend time doing things together outside of WoW as much as in, and we try to make a strong community for our guild members.


Progression

Our current progress can either be tracked on this website or on ours, it's updated usually within a couple days of a new kill.

Raid Schedule

Friday - 11:45 P.M. - 3:00 A.M.
Saturday - 11:45 P.M. - 3:00 A.M.
Sunday 11:45 P.M. - 3:00 A.M.

All times are server (eastern). Everyone is expected to be logged on, ready with consumables, fight knowledge, etc. Prior to raid invites and be at the instance by 11:45 at the latest unless otherwise noted.

Requirements

-18+ Years Old (preferred)
-Mumble with a working headset and mic. Do not use desktop mics.
-Ability to meet raid times without issue. We can work around certain conflicts but if you can only make one raid/week or raid every other week, don't bother applying.
-Prior high-end raid experience. This means at least a couple years experience in heroic level raiding guilds, high situational awareness, extensive class knowledge, and quickly learning and adapting to mechanics.
-Have time to play outside of raid times to farm up necessary consumables, crafted items, pvp gear, etc. that will help progression.
-Have the drive to constantly improve yourself as a player.
-Social attitude and willingness to be a part of a community and not just a face that shows up for raids and then disappears. You don't have to get along with everyone, but the more you interact with your fellow guildies the better you'll be in a raid environment.

-Read the provided information.
-Fill out the application completely. Give detailed answers. Incomplete applications or ones with one/two word answers in every category will probably be rejected.
-Wait for a response from an officer and we'll let you know if you've got an interview or not. We'll usually get back to you within 24 hours.
