Expectations
Attendance: It is expected that you attend most/if not every raid, exceptions can/will be made as we understand that Real Life happens.
Skill: Be able to perform to the best of your ability. You are expected to understand your Class/Spec/Role, and perform that job as best you can. Be aware of your surroundings, not die to fire, Etc.
VoIP: We use Mumble and it is expected that you can listen to instructions. Having a working Mic will assist in quick communication
Experience: Never a bad thing. The more experience you have the better. We expect a decent level of understand of current tier bosses and their mechanics. This means more than just seeing it on LFR/Flex once.
Attitude: If you cannot take constructive criticism, mature language, or long periods of wiping; this may not be the place for you.
Update for Warlords: We are looking to add more players into our roster for WoD. We plan on starting Mythic (20m) as soon as possible after the expac launch. We would like to have our set 20 players ready prior to the release. If interested in join us for WoD, PM Treetarded in-game
