We've been through some restructuring recently with a couple of raiders moving on from the game, and as a result there are some real opportunities available to get involved and become a core raider with us. The standards in this guild are high, but the result is that we are a very close guild with a very low member turnover. We have had largely the same officer group run this guild since Sunwell and continue to remain at the top of our game. We don't believe in mass recruiting, we run a small raid roster and every member is regularly involved in progression.
