“From the Ashes” Guild

From the Ashes is an endgame raiding guild looking to push progression and is currently recruiting skilled players to fill raid positions.

We raid Mon-Wed from 6:00PM to 9:00PM ST

We use EPGP to distribute loot.

Tanking positions require players with excellent awareness of their surroundings and the ability to handle high multi-mob situations

DPS spots are very competitive because this is the most played class. Knowledge of your class, rotation, and priority system is a must for raiding. Not standing in fire is also crucial. You can pull 32k DPS but if you're dead for 60% of the fight you are useless.

Healing positions require healers that can handle both reactive and proactive healing situations. Keeping the raid alive is #1 priority however staying alive is equally as important

Logs are posted on the guild website after every raid for everyone to view and are also used, by raid leads, to evaluate performance

If your class isn't listed but you are an excellent player feel free to apply anyways. We are always looking for outstanding additions to our guild.

Things expected of raiding members

There's a time and a place to act a fool, raid time when the raid lead is talking is not one of those times.

• 100% attendance is preferred but we do understand that RL things to come up and take precedence.
  
• Come to raid prepared, this means correct food buffs, flasks, gems, and enchants. If you need help with any of that, the time to ask is before raid not during raid.
  
• Listen to learn, and learn to listen. No one person knows everything about this game, so speak up and listen when you don't know something and make a suggestion if you do.
  
• Pull your own weight and ask for help before or after raid if you need it, people are more than willing to help.
  
• This is new raid content which means that there will be wipes and there will be lots of them while everyone is getting accustomed to the fights and each other. No QQing.
  
  Outside of raids we're a laid back group of people from all over the place. Guild chat is not a place for the faint of heart, the only rule is no politics and no religion other than that anything goes.
