Raiding Schedule:
Tuesday: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Thursday: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Expectations:
1. ) Understand your class. Recruits are expected to have a complete understanding of their class and spec with the ability to consistently perform at a high level. All applicants’ gear should have the proper enchants and gems and be reforged as applicable. Note that we value competency over gear. Gear can be obtained, while being good at raiding is a natural ability.

2.) Show up to raids consistently. Here at <Art of War>, we aren’t satisfied with killing bosses we already currently have on farm. Progression is our major focus. Therefore, raiders showing up for the full duration of raids Tuesday – Thursday is a major expectation. Things arise and people won’t be able to make every single raid, and this is understandable. Showing up on Tuesday only is not.

3.) Be mature. <Art of War> is not a guild interested in trolling and harassment of other players. If you’re an individual that sits in trade or general trolling or perform any other acts that would lead to diminishment of the <Art of War> name, this isn’t the guild for you. Basically, don’t be a jerk.

4.) Use criticism to become a better player. No one is perfect, and at some point in time, everyone makes a mistake and the necessary words will be said in order to correct the problem. The ability to learn from your mistakes and accept criticism is a major expectation that is not only needed to better yourself as a player, but also to help the progression of the entire guild.

5.) Be prepared. Raids require proper preparation in order to be successful in end-game content. Recruits are expected to read strategies and know all fights. Strategies are posted on the website to make this process as easy as possible. Personal flasks, food and potions should also be brought to all raids although feasts and cauldrons will be dropped throughout raids.

6.) Help your fellow guildies! Don’t be THAT guy that joins, asks everyone for help and does nothing for anyone in return. We’re all here for the same reason, to have fun and help out the people we play with. No one likes a guy that needs help with every quest imaginable, then is afk or “too busy” every other time of the day.
