Recruiting:
all classes
While certain classes may be full the recruitment is always open to
exceptional players.
Currently we raid 7-12 pm server time Tuesday through Thursday. We'd like our members to make at least 75% of raids but we are accommodating if special circumstances don't allow you to raid. What we don't like that members to do:
After being invited to the guild there is a 1 month recruit period where recruits have to prove they are active competent players. After one month officers will vote to promote recruits to members or remove them from the guild. Recruits can not compete for loot against members. Everyone is expected to use flasks/elixir/food on every boss fight.
Loot is distributed based on the EPGP system. EPGP is based on the concept of Effort Points and Gear Points. Effort Points quantify the effort each member put towards the (common) guild goals and Gear Points quantify what each member got back in return. Loot priority is computed as the quotient of the two; priority (PR) is equal to EP/GP. Being on deck means you can join the raid promptly on short notice if asked. While you are on deck you are still awarded EP for bosses the main raid kills.

- Stop logging on for raids.
- Show up only for farmed content.
- Join pugs that will save to raid instances.
- Decline raid invites without good reason.
- Raid in PVP gear and/or with PVP spec.
