Guild Profile

Raids per week: 3

Recruiting (outdated):
all classes
First off, some information about the guild. We raid 7:45-11:00 pm server time Tuesday through Thursday. If you cannot make at least 85% of the raids don’t bother applying. We have been around since the game launched (name changed from The Superstar back in the MC/BWL days - been Divinity ever since) and we will remain here until Blizzard pulls the plug.

1. We are currently looking for players with at least Tier 11 or equal level gear and Firelands experience (currently (9/06/2011) we have beat Shannox, Rhyolith, Beth'tilac, Baelroc, and Alysrazor on 25 man and are full clearing 10 man). If you cannot take criticism or are not willing to do what it takes to become a better player you are wasting your time applying. We are here to progress.

2. After being invited to the guild there is a 1 month recruit period where recruits have to prove they are active and competent players. After one month officers will vote to promote recruits to Active Raiders, Casual Raiders, Casual Players or remove them from the guild. Recruits cannot compete for loot against Active Raiders or Casual Raiders.

3. Loot is distributed based on the EPGP system. EPGP is based on the concept of Effort Points and Gear Points. Effort Points quantify the effort each member put towards the (common) guild goals and Gear Points quantify what each member got back in return. Loot priority is computed as the quotient of the two; priority (PR) is equal to EP/GP. Being on deck means you can join the raid promptly on short notice if asked. While being on deck you will still accumulate the same amount of EP as the raid group.

4. You are posting your application to be evaluated by guild members. Those may not necessarily be representatives of your class but we value their opinion as well. Keep your temper in check. Gear/spec/strategy/ability questions may sound stupid but there is a reason why they are being asked. A couple of pointers before you apply:
If we see that you are missing or using improper enchants/gems for your role/spec we will call you out on it. Afterward it will be damn hard for you to be taken seriously. Fix your character before you apply and possibly log out of the game with your PVE gear on.

If your application looks like it took you 2 minutes to complete it you will be mocked.

You don't have to stick to the application template 100% but don't deviate from it too much. If you decide to change the text colors use the preview before you submit it. Post editing is disabled in the recruitment forum for a reason. We want to see how much effort and care you put in your app.

We are looking for people whose personality fits the guild. You may be the best player EVER with the best possible gear. If you, however, act like a moron when people ask questions on your app you will be denied. People like that are among the biggest detriments to any guild.

Post combat log parses (WWS, WMO, WoL, Stasis) if you have them.
