“Convictions” WoW Guild

Convictions is currently looking to improve our roster for 25M end game content. We're a guild formed by friends who are former hardcore raiders that simply do not have the time to commit 30+ hours a week to end game raiding anymore. Our core is highly skilled and if you, like us, are an exceptional player and do not have the time to commit to hardcore raiding, but would like to be able to log in and get it done efficiently to see end game content, we're interested. Important things to be aware of before applying; We recruit with the intent of improving our raiding roster this means we expect you to outperform current raid members and compete with them for raid slots. We typically keep a small bench because I believe people join raiding guilds to raid and not sit the bench, however in order to make this happen our members must put forth 90%+ attendance as 2 people missing a raid can really shut us down. I would much rather have 26 amazing players in a guild who enjoy raiding for the sake of raiding than handling 40 players and rotating people in and out all day.

We are looking for people who:

*Ability to make the 90%+ of our raids, No Flakes/Casuals.
*The desire to be logged in and ready to make the most of your raid night, that means being ready to start pulling trash at 7pm.
*The desire to see end game content.
*Working Mic and Ventrillo, and a willingness to use them.
*Sociable, Mature people who like to have fun but understand that we have to make the most out of our raid times and does not like to waste time while raiding.
*Adult Raiding guild 18+

Raiding Schedule:
Wed/Thur/Sun 7P-11P CST 25man Content
Tues/Fri/Sat 7P-11P CST 10man Content (optional)

If accepted for a trial, our trial period lasts 2-4 weeks.
