Spite and Malice is a hardcore 25 man Alliance guild which is focused on downing progression content while it's relevant. We're a 6 year old guild that has had consistent leadership, we're dedicated to killing progression bosses in a timely fashion and hate wasting time. OUr method of loot is loot council.

We raid Mon-Thurs, 7-11 CST. Sometimes during progression we can dip slightly over the 11 CST end time. It doesn't happen often however you should be prepared if it does.

What we'd like from you:

Attendance must be at 90%, show up 10-15 minutes before raid ready to go.
Knowledge of fights, if you don't know them, study them.
Consumables - In Mists Fish Feasts are not as good as personal food, and cauldron's no longer exist. You are therefore responsible for Food, and Flasks, Pots will be provided to those who prove they're worth them.
Willing to accept criticism, if harsh sometimes.
Knowledge of your class is of the utmost importance, knowing how to optimize your rotation, studying your class (via EJ and otherwise) is a necessary component to being a successful raider.
