***Read me first:
We, as a guild, are done raiding. Tired of the recruitment boss critting every time we start getting somewhere. If there is a group of players (around 10ish) that are looking for something similar in relation to our times and whatnot, please feel free to contact me. Most of us won't be going anywhere anytime soon, as we mostly just enjoy raiding with each other. We'd be ready to start up raiding again at a moments notice.
Times: Thursday & Sunday 7-10:30pm, Pacific Time ( GMT-8 )
Contact: Ebrithil#1100 - No formal application will be required, just hit me up and lets chat and bring ya in for a trial run so you can get to know us and vica versa.
Recruiting:
Tanks: Closed!
Melee: Plate DPS - Especially a Warrior. Any excellent parsing melee would be considered though.
Ranged: Clothies in particular, especially a good Lock. Hunters are the only lower priority Ranged DPS.
Healers: Closed!
I'll keep this simple.. <Conquerors of Kalimdor> is a group of friends who are mostly all ex-hardcore raiders who no longer have the interest in raiding 5 nights a week, but still want to push through Mythic content. We're all grown up and not in high school anymore, so we like to raid just two nights a week.
Performance matters**, of course. We do need people who can perform well enough to be in progression Mythic content, but the biggest thing for us is the personality of our raiders - Have no interest in spending our raid and other online times with @$$holes. If you're 17 and act like it, you have no place here. We're here to have fun with equal minded players and kill some Mythics, not argue with little kiddies about how big their little epeen is.
**I generally look for people who can parse above 60% without ring and 75-80% with it. We're not doing world firsts, no need to parse every single fight at 95%, but Mythic raiding does require good performance! That's not to say that you MUST have those parses RIGHT NOW on EVERY single fight, but you do need to be confident in your ability to perform at that level.
