“Descent Into Madness” Guild

New 10M/25M guild on the server, US Hyjal. Recently Moved from US-Ghostlands Under the guild name Requiesto En Pace. My self and OT are both 5/16, normal mode in 10M. We are starting fresh with no previous guildies, and we want to raid!

Raid Times Are

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8pm-10pm (PST)
We start right on time, and will provide flasks, guild repairs, and food
We also take a 5minute break half way through raid, to stretch our legs and get some brain activity as well as blood circulation.

During raid I ask that you leave silly comments and playful behavior for trash pulls. During boss encounters I will expect all raiders to have a "game Face" on and focus on the task at hand.

LOOT RULES:

I prefer a /roll loot system with only 2 pieces of gear awarded to each raider a night. Of course if your specific item drops and no one can use it but you, you will be awarded the item instead of it being D/E'd.

What I will look for:

What I look for in a potential raider is: The ability to learn and be taught. Grow from your mistakes, and don't back track into being a fail player. I look for personal growth as a raider and player. I also look for personal accountability, meaning if you screw up during a fight, say you screwed up, so we don't waste time trying to figure out if the strat is working, when it just comes down to saying "Hey guys, I messed up." I also look for players who are consistent in their own performance, and consistency with showing up for raid on time. (Work and personal Emergency's will be excused, if not abused)

We do have ventrillo and use a guild site to keep up with our latest guild news outside of World Of Warcraft.

Recruitment:

Currently Our Raid Group consists of 2 tanks 1 rdps and 1 mdps who are in the Descent Into Madness. I also employee 3 consistent pugs who have been raiding with my guild for the past 3 weeks. Those classes include 3 Rdps and 1 Healer. Together we have reached 4/6 MSV as of last night.

To fill the current 10M group I am looking for 2 strong healers with dps OS (Druid, Shaman, Priest, Paladin.) Rdps off spec for healers is highly preferred.

I am also looking to fill the pug slots with actual guild members to get guild credit on progression (See bellow for specifics class wanted)
