“Midpull” Guild

Midpull is a 20m raiding guild located on Hyjal-PVE server. We are currently 8/9H in ToS with a strict 3-day/week raiding schedule: Tues/Wed/Thurs 7pm-10pm PST.

We are a tight-knit group of semi-hardcore players with experience in every expansion backing into Vanilla. We are focused on pushing Tomb of Sargeras and into 7.3. For any players interested in joining, being able to provide combat logs of some sort. If you do not have logs, PM one of our officers listed below.

What do we expect from you?

KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR CLASS:
As we progress through new content, it is vital that you know your class inside and out. We are always looking to min/max, and you should be doing the same. We do require spec swapping for DPS classes when a spec is clearly better or when the raid composition calls for it. We require communication with those in your class and with the DPS officers to improve your own and other's play through dialogue and teamwork. Meter-whoring while sacrificing mechanical play or ignoring priority target damage in order to pad the meter is absolutely not acceptable. WE DO NOT TOLERATE ELITISTS; however, we strive to improve our play with every pull.

We expect our raiders to be on time consistently, and we expect at least a 24 hour heads up if they can't make a raid night. We expect raiders to bring a vibrant personality and a raid ready attitude. We are a goofy bunch that meshes very well together. We expect an equal passion for raiding and killing new content. Raid synergy is incredibly important, especially while preparing to wipe repeatedly on progression kills. We also require our raiders to be vocal on Discord during progression--especially those assigned specific tasks--as communication only helps progression. Most consumables will be provided by the guild, but being prepared never hurts. We expect you to welcome responsibility, and IF you become a roadblock to progression, we expect you to take constructive criticism and be able to adjust quickly.

Loot:
We use a loot system called EPGP. Basically, if you show up to raids consistently, you get loot more often. :)
All raiders are expected to be running the EPGP addon during raids.
