<Demise> is currently looking to round out our core 10-man
group as we push into 4.3's Dragon Soul, and continue Firelands
achievements.
A PRIEST or PALADIN HEALER and TWO DPS (caster/plate) are our current priority.
Schedule: Semi-flexible 9-hour raid schedule. Our raid times are Tuesday/Wednesday/Sunday, 9:00pm CST to 12:00am CST, but occasionally we will schedule extra time as needed.
Loot: Loot is free-roll main-spec over off-spec, with a few exceptions on high-demand items (i.e. tokens, tank/healer gear). We talk to each other and always consider our fellow raid members when distributing loot.
Attendance: We expect that you make close to 100% of our raids. If you must be absent for some reason - which does happen - we ask that you please let us know ahead of time.
Traits are we looking for:
- A good attitude and sense of humor
- Maturity (average guild age is mid 20's)
- Appropriate gear (sorry, we're not carrying you)
- A reliable Internet connection
- The drive to push progression content
- Character/class skill
- Performance and consistency

<Demise> has had a successful run on Illidan since March of 2009. Our roster of 30+ active raiders at that time helped us progress competitively with many of the server's mid-tier raiding guilds (best ranked 6th during patch 3.3). Since then, many of our core have moved on to pursue greater challenges in the real world or with friends in other guilds. We now exist as a 10-man raiding guild with a healthy roster of dedicated raiders, active casual players, and pvp-focused members alike.
