Guild Policies
All applicants, members and raiders should have there gear optimized by Ask Mr. Robot (or any other similar calculator). All members and raiders are expected to have full enchants, gems, and glyphs. If an applicant is unable to acquire an enchant or gem (to expensive), ask.
Applicants, Members and Raiders are expected to show up on time, and ready to go. Our first pull is at 8pm CST. We understand that if a circumstance is preventing you from being on time (not to be abused) inform an officer.
Applicants, Members and Raiders are expected to maintain an 80% raid attendance. If you are unable to make a raid, please let an officer know 3 hours in advance to raid so we can fill that slot. For any reason that a raid slot no longer suites you please advise a raid leader so we can fit you somewhere else with a better suited time.
All Flasks, Food buffs, Enchants are free for members and raiders. We will put down a cauldron prior to the first boss pull. For members and above repairs are free, via guild bank.
Applicants, members and raiders Must sign use the in game calendar for our guild events. We post 3 weeks in advance of the current date. If you are attending please accept the invite. If your unable to make the raid time please hit decline and inform an officer, via in game mail or in the AFK section on the forms. Format should follow:
Name
Date Missing
Reason
We expect everyone to treat each other with respect. WE DO NOT TOLERATE GUILD DRAMA, if this is you need not apply.

Loot Rules
We currently use a loot council for the distribution of loot. Every night prior to the first pull and officer will do /rand 1-10 the number that comes up corispondes to the slot in the officer raid frames. That person if accepts is apart of helping the officer fairly distribute loot. It will always be 2 raid leaders and a member.
If you want the piece that drops message one of the officers with what your replacing. We check raid attendance, and how big of an upgrade that piece is. For example: Johnny wants 378 loot item has 95% raid attendance and is replacing a 359 ILVL, were as Sam has a 365 Ilvl and has 80% attendance it would go to Johnny. However, overall performance is a gigantic factor, if your causing wipes, falling asleep at the keyboard constantly going AFK before boss pull can and will greatly affect you.
