About Us:
<Summit> is a fairly new guild, formed when Pandaland opened. We raid only 12 hours per week (4 hours/3 days). Our raiding schedule may seem reduced from other "high-end" raiding guilds so we require a high level of attention, patience, and participation during all of our raids. We set high expectations and give our players the liberties to accomplish the required prep work, and come together for raid times with a mentality of seeing new content and progressing as quickly as possible therefore we don't think our reduced raid time is an excuse for poor performance. We are also one of the top progression guilds despite raiding less hours than most with similar achievements.

Recruitment:
We will always give consideration to exceptional players regardless of class.

Our expectations consisit of:
1. Maintain 90+% attendance, more is strongly encouraged. (100% during trial)
2. Quick communication with the raid, including... fluency in English, Mumble, a mic.
3. Acquired the highest level of gear, gems, and enchants a.k.a Min/Maxing
4. Self motivation to research gear upgrades, ability usage, raid encounters.
5. Give and receive constructive criticism on the spot to master new encounters.
6. Come to raids prepared with enough potions, food buffs (300+ stat) and flasks to last the entire raid.
