What we are looking for:
Attendance, respect, ability to follow directions, willingness to contribute, active participation and ability to get along with other raiders. Raiding should be fun, and we have fun doing it. We also want only mature people to raid with us as raiding can get intense. So if you know your class, can pull great dps, hps, and have a fun willing to go attitude, you're a perfect fit.
What we offer you:
A community for progressive end game raiding. A community that plays not just WOW but raids and plays together in many other games as well. A friendly respectable environment for online gaming in WOW and elsewhere.
Many of our raiders are in active military or working professionals, so we understand the need for a flexible schedule.
Flask & Feast are provided for raids.
Loot System:
None of the core raiders currently have ever made much fuss over loot and we like to keep it that way. Loot is usually handled by robo council and discussion amongst the raiders of who the gear would benefit most. If its a viable upgrade for a more than two it is then /rolled out, and highest roll wins.
