We raid 530-830 servertime Thursday and Monday. Sundays raid times are 530-9;30 servertime.

<eMotion> a mainly focused 25man guild are searching for dedicated raiders to fill our roster for progression into tier 11 of Cataclysm!

We expect:
- High performance of your role
- Good Knowledge of your class and mechanics
- Assertiveness during raid progression
- Cooperative and Helpful
- Attentative on vent and respond to orders ASAP

We assume:
- You have ventrilo and a microphone
- You have knowledge on most or all of boss fights in the current tier
- You to be mature to some degree (we hate cry babies!)

In regards to loot and how it is distributed, we use DKP however, in some situations where we(officers) feel like giving a piece of gear to another player is much more benefitting the raid, we intervene and use a modified version of loot council. So basically its a mix between DKP and loot council(rarely).
