“Demìse” Guild

We are currently recruiting ALL CLASSES with an immediate need for warlocks, mages, resto shaman, and a non-DK tank.

As of 2/1/13, Demise has moved to Kel'thuzad. Raid nights/times have not changed.

Demise, an Alliance EST 25-man guild on Kel'Thuzad U.S. (PVP realm, MST, NY data center) is looking for dedicated players to join our team. We are a diverse group, primarily consisting of working professionals, and college students.

Why Demise?

First, our guild has been together since January 2005. We are one of the oldest active raiding guilds in the United States, having been one of the first organized raiding guilds to enter Molten Core (and a world first kill of old school Ragnaros with 2 female main tanks!), along with full clears of BWL, AQ40,and Naxxramas 1.0.

In Burning Crusade we completed SSC, TK, Mount Hyjal, Black Temple and Sunwell Plateau, killing M'uru (Pre-nerf) and Kil'Jaeden as Server First and US TOP 75 kills. We have built upon our system over the years and remained the top guild on Burning Blade prior to our move, downing all significant WotLK and Cataclysm content first, including over 15 LK HM kills and a US #52 ranking.

In Cataclysm, we improved on that performance, earning a US #33 ranking with server first kills of 25 man Sinestra, Cho'gall, Nefarian, and Al'akir, our highest rank since inception. We maintained that ranking in Firelands with a US #35 kill of Ragnaros HM. We have continuously improved and maintained a top 100 ranking through seven years and five expansions. We are a stable, established guild and have the track record to show for it.

We consider ourselves an active guild, with 25-person raids scheduled 4-5 nights a week for a max of 18-20 hours of raiding. Since many of our members are working professionals and students, our raid times reflect the real life demands many of us experience. Our raids begin at 7:00 pm EST and end promptly by 11:00pm EST (Kel'Thuzad is located in the Mountain time zone). Our schedule during progression does not change, as we maintain our rank within the confines of our schedule. We all appreciate our sleep!
