Trial Process: Since Heroic is cross-realm, upon request, we can do 1 run of cross-realm to verify that we're a good match. (It is only if we continue clearing heroic content.)
After that, you'll have to transfer to Kel'Thuzad to continue trialing in Mythic. We don't keep a huge roster, so trials can be expected to be in for progression and second-kills. Our trial period usually lasts 3-6 weeks.
Loot: We use the Loot Council method to distribute the purples. The Loot Council is ran by the Officers, and we use the EPGP Lootmaster add-on.
When we raid:
Raids per week: 4 during progression (rarely 5). Typically Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; but this is a chance of switching one for Sunday, we agree upon week-by-week. We will not main raid Friday or Saturday.
Progression Raid times: Our expectation is that you are available from 7:50 - 12:00 EST. We will typically start the group around 7:50, and be making our first boss pull between 8:00 and 8:15.
Note: If our raiders' schedules allow it, we will look at raiding 5 days a week for the 1-3 weeks of a new tier/raid.
Farm Raid times: Our current farm raid times are Monday/Tuesday from 8:30 - 12:00 EST. We will typically start the group around 8:15, and pulling trash as soon as possible. It will be announced when we switch to these times.
What we're currently doing:
Progressing through Mythic Nighthold, farming Heroic Nighthold/Mythic ToV, doing Mythic+ dungeons, and grinding Artifact Power. We are also working on alts in preparation for Tomb of Sargeras.
Who should apply?
While we will consider any high performing candidate, we are especially looking for the classes indicated in the wowprogress list above.
Ideally the potential recruit will be:
-Mythic raiding experience from previous expansions
-Mythic EN/ToV/NH experience
-Heroic NH completed
-896+ ilvl
-54+ artifact traits
-45+ artifact traits in raiding off spec
-Good, and consistent logs
