A little about Silent Malice and our leaders:

This guild started in late 2011 with a collection of officers with experience from vanilla raiding in all current content to present. We are purpose driven with a strong desire to kill bosses and obtain some server first. We are currently focused on building our core group and getting ready for the xpac learning to work together as a competitive 25 man raiding guild.

We are also involved in some competitive arenas and RBG's however this is a strong side interest as most if not all of us are really into end game content and progressions.

What we expect from our core raiders:

-First and foremost, we are an endgame PvE raiding guild. If raiding for 10+ hours a week does not seem appealing to you, this is not the guild for you.
-Second, you must be willing to put in the work it takes to learn encounters when they are cutting edge.
-You must be willing to spend the appropriate amount of time outside of raiding to farm for consumables, repair costs, alternate gear/resist sets(if and when they're needed), etc.
-Have appropriate reputations/gems/enchants. NOTE: TWO APPROPRIATE RAIDING PROFESSIONS.
-Learning encounters can take a long time, so if you quit easily and/or are only in it for the loot, this is not the guild for you.

Silent Malice is not interested in filling the gaps with slackers or freeloaders, we’re looking for a few great raiders.

Our best members are passionate about their classes and roles and are prepared to push for world first kills. They are constantly looking for ways to improve, take constructive criticism objectively, and always consider the guild's priorities over their own personal glory. They are able to adapt to random situations they may encounter and have no issues with being aware of their surroundings.

We encourage an environment of overall skilled play including maintenance of alts for scheduled alt raids. By effectively organizing and utilizing our alts, we are able to accomplish our goals, such as expedited mount and legendary farming for every guild member.
