“Semi Serious” Guild

Semi Serious is currently recruiting talented players to join our 25 man raid team.

We are a very tight knit community that originated on US-Destromath during the beginning of WoTLK and have remained competitive in raid progression since while only raiding 2 days a week. We are now Kil'Jaeden in seek of a higher populated server and fresh new talent.

We're currently 8/8 Heroic Dragon Soul.

Tuesday- 5-9pm PST
Thursday- 5-9pm PST

So here is what we are looking for right now

Resto Druid
Warlock
Elemental Shaman

Please have acceptable gear (A bare minimum of ilvl 395)

The above classes are what we are specifically in need of. If your class isn't listed and you feel that you're an exceptional player and could be an asset to our guild you are highly encouraged to apply.




What we expect from you
• Commitment. We only raid 2 days a week, 4 hours a day. If you cannot devote 8 hours a week of your life to the guild then please do not apply. On another note we are not just looking for raiders. Building a strong relationship within our community and interacting with our members outside of raids will make your experience with our guild a better.
• Understanding of your class and raid mechanics. We're not going to carry you, and we're certainly not going to baby you through patch changes and optimal specs/rotations/stat stacking. You will be expected to know the fights beforehand. Showing up and expecting an explanation is unacceptable.
• Intelligence and maturity. Please have the ability to act like an adult in difficult situations. Causing drama and acting like a baby when something doesn't go your way is unacceptable to us.
• The ability to accept criticism and correct it without crying and causing nonsense.
What you can expect from us
• A stable guild. Semi Serious has just recently celebrated it's 3 year anniversary. Our guild has been together through ups and downs, we're not going anywhere anytime soon. During the 3 years of our existence we yet to miss an entire raid week. Our officer core is strong and if stability is what you're seeking Semi Serious is for you.
• Fair loot distribution system.
• Experienced raid leaders with the experience to optimize the raid performance.
• Free repairs for main runs.

Semi Serious was created to build friendships in game and grow as a team. That being said, we are always looking for others who can mesh into our diverse community. There are no cliques in this guild, only friendly talented raiders looking to enjoy what time they have to play the game. We have a zero tolerance policy in regards to dramatics and loot complaints. If you are that type of person who is especially elitist and loot hungry with no regards for your fellow guild members please look elsewhere.
