About US
Established in Nov 2004, Imperial Mercenaries, positions itself as an Oceanic raiding guild that is progression oriented. Comprised of like minded players, Imperial Mercenaries aims to provided a conducive raiding environment that ensures effectiveness through progression of content.
Objectives
Comprising mainly of working adults and individuals that have commitments outside the game, we take the time spent raiding seriously. We will not tolerate actions or behavior that is counter productive to our goals. We aim to ensure that the time spent raiding is productive and efficient.
Requirements
Attitude : Self motivated, driven, team oreanted players with a mature mindset that is able to interact with the guild with respect and loyalty. We are looking for commited players with positive attitudes. Players with emotional unstability and an inclination to dramatic episodes need not apply.
Attendence : We are looking for full time raiders that are at the very least able to maintain a 80% attendence. While we understand that real life commitments might hinder this, we expect players to schedule in advance their unavailability. The ideal candidate is expected to have a stable raiding attendence for at least a 6 month duration.
Raid Expectations: Candidates are expected to have a firm understanding on their class PvE mechanics and to stay updated with current trends. Applied skills in terms of role performance and raid awareness is needed.
TBC and Pre-TBC experience a plus. Preparation in terms of strategy and consumables is required.
Gear : Fully optimized in terms of enchants, gems and accessories. While we are able to gear players, we are not interested in free riders that demostrate no willingness in their part to obtain upgrades that are easily available.
Raid Schedule
We raid on the GMT 8 timezone, Singapore time, 8.30PM. DST is not active in this timezone, as such our raids will begin at the same time all year round. We raid 5 nights a week, less Tuesday and Saturday
