“Paradigm Shift” Guild

Paradigm Shift is a focused 10-man Alliance raiding guild on Kilrogg. We are looking for a few more people to fill key roles in our raids going forward and at the present time, we’re looking for:

*1 Healer/DPS offspec (preferably shaman, but we’re willing to consider skilled players of other classes that can fill these roles)
*1 DPS/Tank offspec (preferably a DK, but again, willing to consider good players of other classes that can do the job)

Our raiding schedule is:
Mon: 7:30-11:30 (PST)
Tues: 7:30-11:30 (PST)
Wed: 7:30-11:30 (PST)
Thu: 7:30-11:30 (PST)

We try to keep our roster small, with as little overflow as possible. As such, we rely on our members, new or old, to be able to make these raid times with a high attendance rate. We expect raiders to be ready for each raid night with the necessary foods, flasks, and of course have their gear properly enchanted and gemmed.

We strive to maintain a friendly and social atmosphere within our guild, but we also expect a certain level of self-reliance and self-motivation when it comes to gameplay. That means at least some familiarity with the boss fights ahead of time, and above all, a constant striving to be a better player that doesn’t depend on pushing from others. We endeavor to keep all interactions civil, in or out of raids, and if you’re the type who likes to push people’s buttons, stir up drama, or otherwise look out solely for yourself, you’ll find your welcome short here.
