Introduction
<HardcoreCasuals> is a World of Warcraft guild that emerged on August 23,2009 on US-Hakkar. <HardcoreCasuals> is a creation of individuals from both legacy guilds Beyond Redemption and Tainted Morals . <HardcoreCasuals> members have aligned to focus their skill on PVE Progression and competitive PVP Standings.

HCC has just recently transferred to US-Korgath in order to boost the skill cap on our roster and facilitate any needs for progression.

The guild is currently being lead by:
Leader: Hammut
Officers: Fretold, Basballguy, Feiht

Ranks:
Officer: These people run the guild, recruit, lead the raids and handles raider criticism.
Hardcore: Members constitute players that excel above average and have a near perfect raid attendance.
Raider: Members that make it through our trial period will be recognized as a raider of <HardcoreCasuals>.
PVPfag: These individuals represent HardcoreCasuals purely for PVP. This group is typically comprised of Gladiators and Arena Masters.
Casual: These are a mixture of friends and family as well as Hardcores that have gone inactive
Trial: Recruits will start here and be evaluated. Promotion will often be based on whether or not the individual meet the demands of <HardcoreCasuals>. We expect an attendance rate of 90% for three weeks regardless of invite to the raid or not.
Scrub: You cannot talk in guild chat. Time for you to take a chill pill.

Hardcores and Casuals are allowed to bring alts to the guild as long as they are active alts. We strongly encourage you to add your alts to the guild roster to keep a strong community.

Generally, recruits will not be invited to become a Casual of the guild, rather achieve what is necessary to be promoted into Raider.

To reach Raider, you must be effective in all of the following areas:
• Attain the best gear for our current level of PvE. This can now be done through badge farming, crafting, and running 10mans for your appropriate gear.
• Professions are to be suitable for your spec. maximizing your potential by the littlest means is strongly encouraged for raids.
• Coming prepared for raids in the means of flasks/food is strongly required.
• Being active in the guild as well as having "skill." This can be a range of moving out of eye beams, not popping clouds, knowing how to be mobile, jumping off a ramp, as well as maximizing your healing/dps/tanking abilities.

Loot
<HarcoreCasuals> is a loot council guild. Loot is distributed by a means of loot council compromised of guild officers. We take into consideration various factors such as:
• Raid Attendance.
• Previous Loot.
• Current Gear.
• Performance.
• Guild Bank Contribution.

Guild Rules

Mannerism: We, <HardcoreCasuals>, will not tolerate negative attitudes towards other peers. We expect everyone to behave and act like adults.

About Harassment: Animosity towards other guild members as well as the Hakkar community is strongly frowned upon. Having fun with other people is fine, but if it is becoming a hazardous problem, you will be warned and demoted. If the problem continues, you will be removed from the guild.

About Drama: If you have issues with another member or officer, you are expected to resolve those issues in private tells and not in gchat, trade chat, or any other public form. We encourage that you will solve your problems yourself, however, involve an officer if one on one interaction does now work out. We will not take complaints from third parties.

Account Sharing and Authentication: Account hacking has increased at an increasingly high rate. With this we ask that all raid members purchase an authenticator and DO NOT share accounts with members of lower rankings than themselves. This avoids essentially remotely any way our guildbank could be tampered by the wrong people.

Raiding Rules:
These rules are to be followed at all times and will strongly effect how your role plays out within <HardcoreCasuals>

• Always post AFK at least 3 hours in advance on our forums under the AFK section.
• When raiding, please let an officer know that you are going AFK. Failure to do so might result in replacement in raid and negation of your attendance for the night.
• Show up on time, in vent, and ready to go.

Failure to meet these requirements may strongly affect looting and invites, and may result in demotion.

Raiding Time:
We are a CST raiding guild and generally raid 25mans Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:45pm-11pm. During progression periods(patch week), we may add Sunday and/or Monday to the raiding schedule.
