About Us:
<Prejudice> is recruiting for Hellfire Citadel. We look for strong progression-oriented players who wish to complete each Mythic tier at a competitive level.

Our foundation is a small core of friends who have collective decades of experience in both high-end PvE and high-end PvP. We have raided with names such as <Obsidium>, <Angry>, <IRON>, <Simple Math>, and <vodka> with many competitive US and World kill dates under our belt. Our members enjoy the industry and challenge that Mythic raiding demands and will pursue that level of challenge in future content patches.

We maintain an abbreviated raid week that may be considered lax by comparison; however, we expect the time we put in to be used to its fullest. In other words, we aim to raid competitively on a semi-hardcore schedule. We hope that potential members enjoy the prospect of seeing content when it's new, battling for competitive parse rankings, striving to constantly better themselves, and, most importantly, the thrill of accomplishing difficult encounters.

We operate via a Loot Council system where loot is a tool and tool is loot backwards. Our goal being to gear the raid quickly and effectively. This does not mean to gear one specific person, this means to a collective role or class. Rest assured, there will be time enough in every content patch for each one of us to gear ourselves to the teeth.

What We're Looking For:
In general, we aren't concerned with whether or not you have the very best gear or the most current kill dates; however, at this point in the tier, you should be better geared than my 4th alt. We'd rather you've had past raiding experience and, more importantly, that you can stand out as a strong player now.

- Progression mindset. You should approach raiding as a fun and engaging puzzle. Come prepared with the knowledge of your class, the current encounter, and your general understanding of game mechanics. If you can apply these things practically, you will win and we will want you.

- An ability to maintain a positive outlook.

- Thick skin. Mistakes will be made and criticisms will be given -to you and to others. If you cannot maintain your composure and your respect of your fellow raid members, we do not want you.

- Attendance. It's expected that you maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible on progression. We understand life takes precedence, but repeated absences during progression will not be tolerated.

Raid Schedule:
Tuesday: 7:30PM-11:30PM CST
Thursday: 7:30PM-11:30PM CST
Sunday: 7:30PM-11:30PM CST
We do not raid overtime.
