“Scoops Häagen Dazs” WoW Guild

<Scoops Häagen Dazs> is looking for a few dedicated and knowledgeable players to fill our second raid group, and to act as backups for our main progression raid.

To be a casual member, raider, or even hardcore raider in Scoops Häagen Dazs you must:

- in the case of raiders, be able to attend 90% of your group's raids.

- in the case of raiders, be aware that during progression, we may add extra raid days, and must be able to attend them.

- in the case of raiders, have a working microphone and Mumble installed.

- have the self-awareness to realize your mistakes, and possess the will to fix them in order to become a better player for the guild, and the raid.

- come to every raid or guild event prepared.

- be able to take and receive criticism of both the constructive, and troll varieties.

- not be a bitch all your life.

Scoops full cleared Mogu'shan Terrace normal mode since the second week of the raid being open, obtaining 7th place on the server, and will be continuing into heroic mode progression from there. After a short two week trial period in which you will be not eligible to roll on loot that is needed by a regular raid member, you'll have access to guild repairs, and a guild bank fully stocked with gems, food, flasks, and gear enhancement items. Currently, all looting goes through a loot council, and will likely stay this way all the way through Mists of Pandaria.

70% of our raid team has been raiding with us since the beginning of the guild, and this expansion. We are a tight knit group of players that don't let guild politics or personality differences stop us from progressing and having fun in the game. Insults are not taken personally, and constructive criticism is always the name of the game. Alt and transmog runs are commonplace, and people are always willing to lend a hand to a guildie in need.

Our plans for Mists of Pandaria currently entail downing all 16 indoor raid bosses within the first two weeks, much like our start in Dragon Soul, with the goal of finishing the first tier in the top 10 on our server. The raid schedule will be expanded to Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 7pm central time and lasting until at least 11:30pm, with exceptions made for progression. During the first four weeks or so, as many as two extra days may be added to the raid schedule for progression. During progression, you would be expected to make 90% of the raid times, and 24 hours notice is required for absences.
