“Still Fly” WoW Guild

<Still Fly> is a raiding guild looking to rebuild a strong-willed 10 man group for MoP heroic progression. Current members have been raiding since original Molten Core and are looking for players that are like-minded in the push through heroic progression.

Guidelines:

As a guild with high aspirations, Still Fly is looking for the best and the brightest players to boost our ranks. By best we don't mean people with big egos and small brains. We’re looking for people who enjoy playing the game and who are not only looking to raid, but participate in other aspects of the game as well.

Members must share our common goal. First and foremost we want to stress that this is not a guild for your alt. We are a guild focused on defeating the most difficult encounters in the game. We work as a team to reach our goals and when we raid, we are working as one well-oiled machine, rather than a group of people working for their own benefit. If your primary focus in the high-end game is to acquire loot, then we are not the right guild for you. We consider loot to be a byproduct of our goals, which is to progress as a guild, crush endgame content and have fun while doing it. We are looking for players who are tired of not quite getting there, and would like to experience the top tier content.

Attendance:
We understand that real life happens and if you will be late or absent that night to just let us know. We want our raiders to maintain at least 75% attendance each week.

Bastion of Twilight: Cleared (10 man)
Conclave: Cleared (10 man)
Blackwing Descent: Cleared (10 man)
Firelands: Cleared (10 man)
Dragon Soul: Didn't Raid

Ele Shaman and Mage

Healer:
Druid

Monday: 8:15 Invites 8:30-11:30 CST (Clean up Day)
Tuesday: 8:15 Invites 8:30-11:30 CST
Wednesday: 8:15 Invites 8:30-11:30 CST
Thursday: 8:15 Invites 8:30-11:30 CST
Friday: Alt raids/Pvp Not Required, Off Day
Saturday: Alt raids/Pvp Not Required, Off Day
Sunday: Off Day

Loot Distribution:

We run Loot Council, Loot is based off of attendance and awareness. We are only as strong as our weakest link. Loot is voted on between the officers and if an officer wants it they are not allowed to vote. This has worked for us very well so far with no hickups.
