“We Picked Charmander” Guild

<We Picked Charmander> of Korgath [PVP] is currently looking for a few members as we prepare for Cataclysm Raids. We will be focused on 10-man raids.

Our Raid schedule is Mon, Tues & Thur 8:00p - 11:30p EST

Our Expectations
Maturity -- We are all adults, you should be one as well (Minimum age of 21.) We are looking for players that can behave maturely and treat others with respect.

Consistency -- We want consistent players for our raid team. We completely understand if your kids soccer game every other Tuesday will prevent you from joining us, but please don’t put us in a bad position. Not showing up to a 10m is more detrimental than 25 due to the reduced raid size. If you can’t come nearly all the time, do not contact us.

Know Your Class -- We want players that understand the latest theory-crafting for your class. While we don’t expect you to re-level a profession for a .0005% DPS increase for a specific encounter, we do want players that are basically nerds like us and treat raiding as a hobby. We are watching when the latest theory crafting changes take place for our class via mmo-champ, tankspot, EJ, and other class specific websites.

Looting
We’ll be using a Free Roll (/roll) system for loot, Mains > Alt. We’re all in this together, there’s no need for drama, don’t bring any.

About WPC
WPC was created on Korgath recently. The founding members have all been part of the large progressed raiding guilds in the past including leadership positions (GM / Officers). We’ve all had experience in all encounters for WOTLK with many of us having 11/12 Heroic 25 Man. The majority of us have our Icecrown Drakes (10 & 25 man). We’re mainly looking to take a step out of the 25m lime light and enjoy our time in Cata.
