“Ready Check” Guild

<Ready Check> is the vision of several exceptional players who have come together to form a serious raiding guild. Our focus is on unwavering attendance in order to facilitate harmony within our group for the purpose of timely progression.

We seek like-minded recruits who share our love of raiding and who show it by continually striving to exceed their limits as players. We place strong emphasis on a player's ability to coordinate within a raid encounter and perform their function well. Secondly, we expect a high level of survivability and raid awareness. Lastly, we require a strong output of DPS, HPS, and tank-threat. These have been ordered herein for a reason, high DPS etc. is not enough to succeed with us. Dead players do no DPS.

All members, recent and core, are expected to come to raids fully prepared with all consumables for their class (IE. flasks, buff food, speed pot's etc) as well as an ample supply of applicable reagents. Again, regular attendance is crucial. Raiders are required to arrive 15 minutes before raid time, be un-grouped, free, and ready for an invite.

While all of these unwavering policies may seem strict and/or harsh, we believe that they are essential for success. Every raider who is the least of leadership's worries, translates to all the more time we can focus on having fun and downing bosses.

Our raid days/times are Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm server time (PST).
