“The Pact” Guild

The Pact is a semi-hardcore raiding guild that strives to maximize efficiency as much as possible. We are a group of individuals that enjoy the game and push ourselves to improve both individual and team skill. Warlords of Draenor will be our raiding debut and we will be actively recruiting passionate individuals that are ahead of the crowd, can adapt to different situations quickly, and are constantly improving themselves. We believe in a competitive raiding environment that will motivate everyone to aim for the top.

Efficiency is key in our philosophy. Many guilds do not have a strict code of conduct with player afks and stalls between pulls. Please keep in mind that other players are devoting a few hours of their life to raid. Expect nothing but the fastest uptime of pulls during raidtimes. Players are expected to uphold this policy when joining raids. Players who afk without reason will not be tolerated. Emergencies are exceptions.

Raid members are expected to attend all raids when scheduled during progression. If you cannot make it to all raid times schedule per week, do not apply for this position.

Raid times are currently 5pm realm time. Core raids on Wednesday and Friday with optional raids on the weekends. (3pm PST, 5pm CST, and 6pm EST)

What does being a member of The Pact mean?

You are passionate and dedicated towards improving your gameplay. We do not expect hardcore theorycrafters but common sense and understanding your own mistakes goes a long way!

Community is at the heart of The Pact. Please respect all members. If you have problems with other members, please notify an officer. Remember that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. We will not tolerate discrimination and harassment towards other members. Players are encouraged to help each other as much as possible, whether it is gearing alts or just answering a question in guild chat. We want to create a friendly environment where everyone can enjoy the game.

We encourage members to be active within the guild. Participating in a raid is one thing but being socially active within the guild is another. Remember that we are a team, and understanding each other is imperative to our success. You can expect alt dungeon runs and alt raids in the near future.
