“Fail Squad” WoW Guild

Fail Squad is opening recruitment for Mist of Pandaria. Our primary goal will be recruiting raid ready and capable players to fill out a few positions in two separate ten man raid teams. Currently the raids are planning on raiding two nights a week, at three hours a night. Tuesday/Wednesday night from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM server time. We also have a third group that runs Thursdays from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM server time that is looking for one exceptional DPS.
We are able to work with all roles and specs to some degree, as we have slots for 2 tanks, 2 healers, and a few ranged dps between the groups. As always composition is important and as time goes on a given class/spec may or may not fit into the group, but we welcome any and all applications as we continue to evaluate candidates.

We plan on having the official start of the raids be the first week of January, but will be running with applicants and finding good fits in runs between now and then.

In addition to filling raid rosters, we are always welcoming new faces who fit into the guild. We are a very close knit, F&F oriented group of players and enjoy many events tailored for a more casual and fun atmosphere. Anyone looking for access into our raid and/or guild will have to be a good fit with the community in addition to any raid requirements they may be asked to meet.

Fail Squad was formed in the summer of 2010 by a group of friends looking to push heroic raiding in a casual environment. Today, we proudly execute our raid groups with professionalism while having fun. Our unofficial Guild motto: wipe on trash and one shot hard modes. We have a diverse group of people from all age brackets, many cultural backgrounds, and several different countries. Here, you will find a friendly group of people eager to play and progress. Fail Squaders enjoy achievement hunting and participating in “family fun nights” which include Hide and Seek the Rogue, Level 1 foot racing, dodge ball, and Azeroth Scavenger Hunts, as well as some Transmog and old raid achievement runs.

Our previous raid progression has consistently been among the top ten guilds on Lightninghoof for progression every tier thus far. We value dignity and respect in our members. We offer full level 25 Guild benefits, paid websites and Facebook communications, a paid mumble server and organized annual Guild meetings.
