Welcome to the Devils Rejects recruitment page! We are a newly created guild, however we are all players who have been playing and raiding together for a long period of time.
[Our Mission:
Our guild and raid group thrive on working together in a positive, non-toxic, environment. The goal is to work our way through Legion raids quickly and efficiently, while gain gear, downing bosses and having fun together.
Our raid lead has been raiding since Cata and has been a raid leader since Firelands and was 8/8 Heriocs DS during that time. She has raided in what was a top 100 US guild at the time in Annihilus and completed SoO 14/14 Heroic (Mythic) in MoP with them.
We are not looking for purely casual, as we do want to get as far as we can while in raids, however we aren't looking to be hardcore either. We pride ourselves on finding a good balance between the two and are looking for players that will fit in with this role.
Our group has been founded with leaders to ensure that every person is looked after fairly. As such we have a melee leader, tank/raid leader, heal leader and a range leader who are all in charge of their respective role. They work together to ensure all loot is handed out fairly and quickly, as well as making sure everyone knows their roles and preform appropriately. We are not looking to carry so much as work together to become stronger.
