“Envious” Guild

Envious of LLane-US is looking for more highly skilled and intelligent raiders for 25-Man content. We are working our way to become a Top 100 guild. We're small at the moment, however, each of our members are driven by this goal. We strive to push ourselves to our highest possible skill level. This is why we want like-minded recruits. As a guild, we differentiate ourselves from most guilds in one fashion, we consider intelligence to be as high of an attribute in a player as skill and knowledge of the class you play. Abbreviations such as “u, ur, or, r” are strongly looked down upon. We believe that being able to communicate properly is of equal importance as being able to play your class well. Our current recruitment needs are:

Death Knight: One DPS
Druid: One Bear, One Boomkin, One Tree
Hunter: Two, either Survival or Marksman
Mage: One
Paladin: One Prot, Two Holy, One Ret
Priest: One Shadow, One Holy
Rogue: One
Shaman: One Resto, One Elemental
Warlock: One


Our current raiding schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 p.m. to Midnight EST. There is a possibility of extending these raid times by at most an hour, depending on the content of the evening. So, having the ability to raid from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. is a plus. High attendance is a must. In order to do what we want to do, our raiders need to be reliable.

Our looting system is one of the most effective systems for gearing up a guild, but it’s also a highly debated topic. We use a loot council system; the players interested in the loot in question links their current item in officer chat, the officers discuss how to distribute the loot in the most beneficial way. This includes using attendance, player performance, the items linked, and the likelihood that the winning raider will remain within the guild as guidelines for distributing the loot.
