Bàcardi is currently looking for the following classes listed.

A new guild, formed at about the time Trial of the Crusader was being released we have managed to climb to the top 10 on our server. We promote a strict raiding atmosphere and a chill mood on off-nights. We want everyone to enjoy their experience in the guild.
Bàcardi prides itself in trying to progress and becoming a competitive guild on Lothar. We need dedicated members who can do the following, if you don't like one of these then don't apply because we won't carry you...
- NO DRAMA - You will be dealt with harshly and or removed.
- Respect other guild members.
- No whining. About anything. We're not here to babysit.
- Wipe all night on a new boss.
- Come prepared to raids. (flasks, consumables, etc.)
- Be on time for raids.
- Maintain close to 100% attendance.
- Notify officers if you can't be on.
(Real Life Emergencies are excused, abuse of this will
result in removal from the guild)
- Using ventrilo appropriately during an encounter.
- Give 110% during encounters. Don't Waste everyones time.
Points of Interest:
Currently we are focused on the (Heroics) Trials of the Grand Crusader (10) and (25). We recently have started running VoA (25) in Wintergrasp to obtain Tier pieces for guild members easily.
Please review our wowprogress stats for a summary of what we have killed and/or achieved.
Raid Schedule
25 mans - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:15pm to 12:30am
10 mans - Sunday, Monday 9:15pm to 12:30am
On progression nights, if things have been looking good we will raid until 1:00am if we are trying to kill a new boss.
Attendance is expected to be maintained close to 100% for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night raids, these are the (25) mans. We track attendance use it as a tool to filter out people with poor attendance. Hold your own and be online.
Bàcardi uses loot council, we base our selections on attendance, competence, and raid performance. It is up to you to prove your worth and no one else.
