“Slackers” WoW Guild

We are seeking competent players to progress through Heroic Trial of the Grand Crusader.

Progression:
For heroic 25-man raids, we are 13/14, 4/9 HM in Ulduar and 5/5 NM solidly working on Beasts for Heroic ToC. The guild also has a very successful 10-man group that are 13/14, 9/9 HM in Ulduar (obtained Glory of the Ulduar Raider), 5/5 NM, 3/5 HM ToC and are currently working on Algalon.

We need:
1 Rogue
1 Protection Paladin or Warrior
1 Warlock

We're also interested in any exceptional applications. So, please apply even if your class isn't listed!

The Guild:
We are long time residents of Lothar. Our guild has withstood the test of time and has been raiding since Zul'Gurub. In TBC, we killed Kael'thas and Vashj before attunements were removed and finished off Kil'jaeden just before WotLK came out. While we enjoy having a good time, we expect players to treat raiding with us like a commitment.

Our raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8:30pm to 11:30pm EST. Invites start at 8:00pm and we expect members to be ready to pull at 8:30.

What we expect from you:

Recruits should have experience with nearly all Ulduar encounters (10 or 25-man) and be wearing near best-in-slot for their respective experience.

For ranged DPS, you must be able to put out at least 5,000 dps on most encounters.
For healers, 2000+ spell power (completely unbuffed) and the ability to keep your assigned targets alive.

Obviously we'd like to have some WWS/WMO parses to take a look at.

General Requirements:
-The ability to listen and follow instructions
-18 years or older
-Utilize the food and flasks the guild provides for you to purchase at a discounted price
-Keep up to date with changes to your class / the game.
-Stay up to date with strategies and know your role in current raid content
-Be correctly talent specced and have appropriate gear itemization
-Your PC and connection MUST be able to support a 25-man raid environment without disconnecting or lagging
-High attendance (80%+) is expected and required weekly
-Be open to rotating spots and being available on stand by (you will receive full DKP)
-Must have and use a headset and Ventrilo
