“Imperium” Guild

<Imperium> is currently recruiting for Mythic Emerald Nightmare.

We are looking for a select few exceptional players to join our raid team as we progress through the highest level of content.

Also accepting casual subs who's schedules do not allow for strict raid attendance. Mythic +'s will provide challenging content that does not require the usual time commitment and can keep one's gear relevant as the expansion moves forward.

About <Imperium>

Imperium has been around since WotLK but contains a number of members who have played with each other since day 1. Casual progression through each previous expansion left our skilled raiders wanting more, and we hope to achieve that 'more' in Legion.

We do not advertise as a hardcore guild, however we expect all of our members to put in the time and effort required to consistently progress through top level content with the minimal raid hours we have.

We are a semi-hardcore guild expecting a higher level of results.


Expectations

Above all, our members expect one thing from each other - commitment. This does not entail an excessive time commitment, but rather a commitment to do everything in your ability to perform as close to maximum efficiency as possible.

Food, flasks, runes, gems, and enchants are all non-negotiable when the guild is in the middle of heavy progression.

Raiders should be highly knowledgeable of their class and everything that goes with it, including how their specific class/spec functions in each individual encounter. Competitive numbers will be required.

At the end of the day, our member's respect one another's time and put in their fair share to ensure others' is not wasted. A chain is as strong as its weakest link, and we strive for uniform strength throughout our membership.

Raid Details

Tuesday - 9 P.M. to 12 P.M. EST
Thursday - 9 P.M. to 12 P.M. EST
Sunday - Flexible

Our Sundays serve as overflow days if the group ever feels a need to utilize it.

We rarely have absences but do understand them. We ask for consistent raid attendance and expect substantial warning if you cannot make a raid in order to arrange subs.

Our loot distribution is currently handled through a Loot Council that factors in attendance, performance, strength of upgrade, and overall benefit to the raid as a whole. This system ensures each piece of loot contributes its highest possible value as we move forward.

Closing

We are a guild of friends, and we hope to keep it that way. At the end of the day, WoW is a game that we all get to enjoy together. Members should positively contribute to the culture of the guild. Constant negativity will not be tolerated.
