“Duh Winning” Guild

As of 7/13/2016 Duh Winning is no longer raiding. We had some fun clearing Mythic: Archimonde - many of our players will go on and raid with other teams and we are all looking forward to seeing everything Legion has to offer.

Duh Winning is an adult weekday raiding guild with a hardcore mentality. Our goal is to achieve a competitive world rank and have a ton of fun in the process. We are always seeking to improve our roster and bring in the best players to our raids.

If you believe you are an exceptional player, understand game mechanics, research encounters, and parse well on progression without causing needless wipes then send us an application!

Raid Schedule:

Mon 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM Server Time (Central Time)
Tues 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM Server Time (Central Time)
Wed 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM Server Time (Central Time)
Thurs 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM Server Time (Central Time)

During the first two weeks of a tier we will also raid on Sunday night on the same hours and may extend raids by up to one hour during the first two weeks. We utilize this time to complete our split clears (2 full normal/heroic clears to gear mains) and to push early Mythic progression while the content is fresh.

All players are expected to maintain two raid ready toons and be as competent at their alt as their main.

After the first two lockouts we return to our 16/hr a week schedule.

What we are seeking:

We are always looking for qualified raiders to add to our team. The ideal candidate will have current & previous mythic raiding experience, be accepting of criticism, be capable of studying Warcraft Logs, take an interest in our raid strategy development, and have a progression-oriented attitude.

Before you apply please read and understand the following:

1. You accept that the purpose of gear is to progress on future bosses.
2. You are willing to, and understand sitting on farm and progression bosses for the sake of the guild.
3. You come prepared with raid consumables before the raid begins.
4. You have or can obtain the gold to gem and enchant your own gear.
5. You know how to utilize Warcraft Logs to improve your usefulness.
6. You come prepared to every progression boss, ready to utilize your class to the fullest.
8. You understand that everyone has room for improvement, and it is your job to make sure you are constantly improving.
7. You put the effort forth to research encounters on your own, and provide tips, suggestions, and strategies to the rest of the guild via our forum and during discussions in discord.
