“Nullify Nation” Guild

History:

< Nullify Nation > is a US Mal'Ganis faction change guild. Our core raiders have been playing together since The Burning Crusade. We primarily focus on efficiency and execution. We play to a high level, and require our raiders to do the same. Currently we are recruiting to solidify our raid team in 3.2 to work towards Insanity, but also to prepare our raid team for 3.3 Icecrown Citadel.


Expectations:

- Prepares for the raid. Looks up and has knowledge of the fight. Brings Flasks/Consumables and any other relative items required for the fight. Maximizing your class to the fullest.
- Signs up for all raids if they can or cannot make it. Shows up on time, prepared and ready to go.
- Working microphone with no communication issues. It is ok if you are shy or not very social, but when you need to speak.. we expect you to speak.
- Previous experiences with hard mode content.
- Able to attend as close to 100% of raids as possible, realistically.. 5/6 Raids Bi-Weekly. Everyone needs nights off from time to time, just don't make it a habit.
- Able to play there class in different roles. Players should be versatile and able to change on the go and be quick thinkers and be able to think for themselves.
- Trial raider process lasts 3-4 weeks, depending on your play.
- Respect the Officers & Raiders. All decisions made by Guild Leadership are for the best of the Guild & Raid team.. Not to satisfy any one person.
- If you do not have up to date gear, experience in current content, determination and the drive to progress.. and cannot stay for our raid times... You probably should look else where.


Raid Times: All time are CST/Servertime.

* Invites go out at 6:30 CST/Server time. If you are invited, you gather all the Flasks/Consumables and anything else that may be required that night and are ready to PULL by 7:00 CST/Server time. *

Tuesday - 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm CST
Wednesday - 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm CST
Thursday - 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm CST
Monday - 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm CST ( Clean up night. We don't raid Mondays often )

Loot: Loot is distributed to the raid by LOOT COUNCIL. The Loot Council will hand out loot to the most deserving, as well as to what benefits the raid team the most. We base our distribution off of: Attendance/Performance & Attitude/Preparation. Meaning: If you show up nightly, your errors are minimal.. You have a positive attitude and do your job in the raid, you will get gear and have nothing to worry about.
