About Us:
OH NOEZ WENDIGOS is a raiding guild that has come to Mal'Ganis for ToT progression. Our core has been around since ICC, and many of us consider each other family. We offer a stable environment with many players that are active, even during non-raid hours. Many of our members have had top 100 experience in guilds such as <vodka> and <Juggernaut>.
What we expect from applicants:
-You must have a decent understanding of your class, and min/maxing*. This means that you should be properly specced/gemmed/enchanted/reforged.
***IMPORTANT***
Part of min/maxing is having professions that offer a boost in survivability, DPS, or healing. We rarely accept raiders that think it's okay to have mining and skinning on their Warlock. If you don't know what professions give you the most benefit, you probably haven't done enough research.
-You must be able to attend 100% of progression raids. Obviously we will make exceptions for things that come up, and vacations are fine as long as we know well in advance.
-You must NOT be a loot whore. Seriously. We use a progression loot council, and chances are if you just joined the guild today, you're not getting loot.
-If you have logs you are at a serious advantage, however if it is obvious that you abuse mechanics, or make your raid suffer just so you can parse top 10, you can fuck off - We don't need anyone that thinks they're the best in the world because they sacrificed the good of the raid just to flex their e-peen.
-Having multiple alts is also a benefit, but not required. The more versatility, the better - especially in a serious progression environment.
We currently have 2 raid groups, and they both run @ the same times (LISTED BELOW)
G1 is in need of a skilled Druid/Monk/Priest preferably 510+ main spec and 505+ offspec (REQUIRED) with experience in ToT, and previous tier heroic experience is always a plus. (For this we would also accept a DPS mainspec that is willing to offheal when needed).
G2 is in need of a Mage, Balance Druid, OR Hunter preferably 505+ with experience in ToT.
