Mission Statement
We are a semi-hardcore, progression oriented raiding guild on Mal'Ganis (CST) (US). Our goal is to kill bosses on a four night schedule while maintaining a tight-knit community environment. We also accept applications for players that desire to be a part-time or back-up raider. While certain classes may not be listed we are always recruiting exceptional raiders of any class to help push progression. We prefer quality over quantity. We not only evaluate skill and motivation, but also the potential to mesh with the other personalities in our guild and maintain our tight-knit camaraderie. We want people who want to be there as much as we do. If logging on is a chore then it’s probably time for a break anyway.

Guild Rules
1. Your TS3 name must match your character's name, We all want to know who is talking.
2. Respect your guild-mates. We do not expect our chat during off raid time hours to be 100% appropriate. We are all adults and can talk and act like adults. If you cant handle the joking around with one another this is not the place for you.
3. We absolutely encourage everyone to mingle and talk to one another, it is not a requirement to like everyone but we are a guild about having fun and being serious when it comes to progression. We do not allow the formation of "cliques" from past guild experience most fall apart from either power being abused or no one getting along with each other.
4. ABSOLUTELY DRAMA FREE ENVIRONMENT!

Loot System
We use loot council, two to three officers are selected to be part of the loot council. We do this so loot council is not one sided and everyone has a chance to be part of it. Loot is given out based on attendance/performance/guild activity.

Guild Structure
Guild Master - Dorimaenus
Dorimaenus is responsible for leading the guild in the right direction and also leads our progression raid team.

Raid Manager - Idorimaenus
Second in command. Richh is responsible for day to day raid management, from log inspection all the way to forming our raid compisition.

Officer(s) - Zbunz
Officers are responsible for upkeep of the guild, guild bank requests and addition and addition of alts to the guild. Officers also take part in our unique Loot Council, along with the recruitment of new members.

Raiders
These are trials that have completed their acceptance into becoming a raider in the guild.

Trials
These are member of the guild who have recently been accepted and are trialing for our progression raid.

Member/friends
Guild members who do not actively raid in our progression raid group. These people include friends or family of a raid member and for those who prefer to be a social member of the guild. Casual members who would like to join a raid team must undergo a interview before being accepted into a trial position.
