“Vile” WoW Guild

General Information:

Vile of Mal'Ganis is a multi-faceted guild that focuses on high end raiding. We are preparing for the Mists of Pandaria changes, and are looking to not only recruit high end raiders, but active players who focus on other parts of the game as well. We are aware that the entire guild can benefit from the Mists of Pandaria changes, not only from raiding, but from Pvp, Leveling, and questing. If you are a high end Pvper, an active achievement focused or alt leveling player and are comfortable with your raiding abilities then we are also looking for players like you! If you meet the above criteria, and like raiding/pvp/pve and can't make all of our times, or want a nice place to socialize as well, we encourage you to contact one of the officers, whose names are listed below, in game for a quick non-raider interview.

Our core is very skilled, and will be able to provide the guild rewards from the raiding experience to players who want to join for social/pvp focused, as long as they are active and able to pull their own weight in achieving the guild's levels. Besides raiding, we will also be doing guild arenas, and rated BGs.

Checklist
A player applying to Vile should be...
- BC, Wrath, Cata experience is a plus, but up to date on current content
-A player who is looking to go into cataclysm with a "bang", and who is looking to raid in a hardcore setting throughout the entire expansion
-Able to make 90% of our raid times, Vile raids from 9:15 - 12:30 PM Server, from Tuesday - Thursday
-A player who strives to be the best they can be. Including staying up to date on theory crafting, best spec/gear/enchants/rotation, and anything of that nature.
-Able to come to raid prepared, with all necessary flasks and consumables.
-Able to follow raid instructions, listen to the raid leader and or officers, and show respect to all other players in the guild, we DO NOT tolerate Drama of Any Kind.

Raiding Information:
Vile has a very strong focus on raiding, and we like to not only do current content in our main runs, but enjoy gearing alts in alt runs, and running guild runs through older content to earn achievements, titles, and mounts. From now until the end of the expansion, not only will we be clearing content on our three raid days with our main raid, but we will also be running a different raid on our mains/alts almost every other day of the week through older content so we can finish gathering up all the mounts, achievements and titles this expansion has to over. Although these are not mandatory, is recommended that you come to any you can, to socialize with the guild, have fun, and finish up your achievements before cata! We run an EPGP Zero-Drama Loot system.

Social Aspect:
Vile is not only a raiding guild, but also a social guild. We accept social members, as stated above, as long as they are active players, who follow the guild's rules and guidelines. If you have a friend who doesn't raid that you want in the guild, they can come! Social members should fit into one of the categories listed above in the General information section.

That being said, if you are new to the guild, we encourage you to get involved. Hop on vent, join our guild alt runs and pugs, and be active in guild activities outside of raid. Not only will this help us get to know you better, but it will also show us that you are here not just for gear, but to have fun.
