Our raiding schedule and competitive ambitions can best be described as a mix between softcore and hardcore. A normal raid week, during progression, will consist of up to 20 hours (5 nights) of raiding, though we strive to reduce our weekly maximum to 8 hours (2 nights) as quickly as possible. During the very first week of a new content release, we may even go slightly over 20 hours, but it is entirely dependent upon current member interest and off-hour attendance, and more than 20 hours of attendance is never required. We strive to compete on a global scale, but we still restrict ourselves to raiding in moderation.

To potentially save both your time and ours, please be aware that we are only seeking experienced and top-tier applicants. We are not an entry-level raiding guild. Anyone applying should either be a vetted MMO raider (with ranked kills or parses under their belt) or have some other distinguished gaming accomplishments to show (such as playing competitively in another game genre). We only accept a small fraction of the numerous applications that we receive, and you will need something to set you apart, other than just a strong desire to raid.

We typically have a very friendly, mature, and laid back atmosphere. But -- and this is a big "but" -- we are highly competitive when it comes to our raiding roster. Players that underperform will be either sat or replaced, without hesitation. We are always looking to improve our roster, by any means necessary, and we have no problem removing established members if we feel that we can find a better replacement. While the environment rarely feels as cutthroat or intimidating as I am describing, please realize that we simply do not tolerate poor performance, and we are not afraid to hurt feelings when needed.

A note: We don't accept package deals, under any circumstance. When you apply to this guild, you do so as an individual with the full understanding that you are committing your future prospects to the guild. That is not to say that we won't accept people that knew each other, but both parties need to understand that their friendship takes a back seat to their membership.

Raiding Schedule
8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) EDT on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. 90%+ overall attendance is expected.

Loot Distribution
We primarily use loot council. Loot is decided based on several factors, some of them being senority, performance, optimization etc..

All applications are considered, no matter the class. The best apps will be accepted, regardless of need, for competition at the position.
