Gaia is an adult casual/hardcore raiding guild with a 3 day raid
schedule.
We have a laid back style but are serious about raiding.

Raid Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
Raid Times: 10pm - 1am EST (9pm - 12am Central)

We are currently recruiting players of a high caliber that understand their class and raid mechanics.
What we expect of our raiders:
Performance:
We expect you to know your class and be able to maximize your role to the best of its abilities. Your spec needs to reflect the highest possible and most raid viable build with full knowledge of rotation etc. You must be able to sustain this throughout all encounters while still being aware of what’s going on. We have no time for players who cannot pull their own weight in raids. Lackluster performance will NOT be tolerated.
Preparation:
All raid invites will go out PROMPTLY 15-20 minutes prior to 10pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sunday. Raids are generally 3-4 hours in length give or take current content and needed raid time. During these times EVERYONE is required to be fully prepared with flasks, food, and whatever else is necessary for maximized performance (this is NOT an option). Mumble is our main means of communication, everyone is required to have it with a working mic for ALL raids.
Dedication:
We only want to recruit raiders who are going to raid with us every scheduled raid. If you cannot attend a raid we expect a post in our attendance forums preferably 24 hours in advanced to adjust for the raid. If you are constantly unable to make these times please do not apply.
Loot Policy:
We use a loot council system voted on by the officers and promoted loot council. Loot distribution is influenced by attendance, performance, prior loot received, and BIS lists. Remember loot is not a shiny purple, it is a progression tool. We do not tolerate loot drama, it is distributed for optimal progression.
